A gorgeously preserved vintage platter hat in black velvet with white feather detailing. Estimated to date to the late 1940s–1950s. In near pristine vintage condition, with very little wear. 36.5”around the exterior widest circumference and approximately 21” interior head circumference, with some give and able to accommodate slightly larger.
