A 1990s black velvet dress in a tailored non stretch velvet. Round front neckline and back finished with simple bow detailing and cutout accents. In good vintage condition, some signs of wear consistent with age. Side zipper closure. Fits approximately a modern XS depending on desired fit. Please refer to measurements for best fit.
